A few weeks ago I posted this and told you that my number one sneaker of choice was the Nike Air Max however needed to find the correct colour combo. Well on Saturday it happened, the perfect colour combo presented itself and here she is....actually twice.

Just a few things: 23.05.13

YOU NEED: 

Yesterday I had a visit to my beautiful and ever so fabulous hairdresser, Renee at Suki!

If I could I would go to the hairdressers every other day, I love it....Suki seriously do the BEST head massage ever! Anyway, when I was leaving I was introduced to 

"invisi bobble" the traceless hair ring.

At first I thought it would never be able to hold  back my mane in a tight top notch, however the girls at the salon assured me that it would plus not leave that horrible mark in your hair when it has been tied back, avoid headaches because your hair band is too tight and reduce split ends. These are all things I suffer from.

So last night I tied back my beautifully blow dried hair  with the "invisi bobble" and voila no tie mark! I looked like I'd stepped straight out of the salon, 24 hours later. Brilliant. Ive been wearing it all day today and again no hair mark. 

The invisi bobble comes in a variety of colours ( i chose white) in packs of 3 and are only $10! Perfecto! So ladies get onto your hairdresser and get into these. I highly recommend!

PS also makes a cute addition to the arm candy!

My Week: 21.05.13

HOUSE RENO NEWS:

This week has been full on at Style Trader HQ, aka my house. We have had builders and electricians in and out. Replacing our leaking roof, which I would be more inclined to call our water feature as opposed to a leak! We are now waiting for the rains to return to ensure that the "water feature" is no more. 

Whilst the roof was off, as it is a skillian roof,the electricians had to be on hand to put in new LED down lights (expensive but far more energy efficient than the normal old down lights) and some new fans, yes, crazy I know fans in winter you're thinking, but we had to take advantage of the roof being off to get them in for next summer. And finally we had the entire back wall of our living room removed to put in some new Stegbar stacking doors. Which have made an ENORMOUS difference to what was a rather dreary boring room.

AND they are in! 

Now to get the room painted, some new flooring inside and deck out back!

My Week: 11.05.13

Last week we had a sneaky (but much needed)

vacay to our favourite family holiday spot in the entire world, Byron Bay. 

We rented an amazing house at Suffolk Park right on the beach with our goods friends The Ashtons, you can follow Lindsays blog here.

The house was fantastic! Perfect for 2 small families or for one larger family. Upstairs there were 2 main bedrooms both with King beds, walk in robes and ensuite's. Then 2 other bedrooms, with 2 single beds in each and another large modern bathroom.

 Downstairs was the perfect open plan family living area with an awesome kitchen, large bench(perfect for that glass of wine whilst cooking with the most amazing fresh Byron produce and chatting after the kids go to bed) large dinning area, 2 sitting areas and a large entertaining deck overlooking the pool. Byron Bay and the Hinterland, with out a doubt have the best markets! You can check them out all here a big must do if you are planing a trip here.

Every Thursday they have the fresh produce markets where we had a quick stroll purchased some beautiful local fruits, vegie's, cheeses and coffee.

So that my friends is my week in Byron, now I am off to my Mother's Day breaky. Hope you are all being spoilt rotten.
