My week in review: 07.07.12

This week has been super busy.I just don't know were the time has gone - actually it may have something to do with a very busy busy little boy named Oscar. You keep mummy on her toes.

New in:

Last week I posted about trying to find the sensible perfect cross body bag for our trip. Style had to play a major part in the decision (of course) as well as functionality. Thanks to everyone that gave me some suggestions, they were very helpful, however I decided to go with the 3.1 Phillip Lim ponyskin bag and here she is......Bbbbbbeautiful, don't you think?

In preparation for summer (I know I know a tad early! But hey I am O-V-E-R winter clothes)I purchased these fab bassike  relaxed cotton pant in candy pink! Woop woop... 

Loving Right Now: 

Can't keep my eye of these Nars nailpolishes for Thakoon. My favourite would have to be the pale blue on the far left or "kutki" as it is referred to.

 The new sass & bide collection, 'sing, brother' hit the stores this week and as usual it is a visual feast, those clever girls don't let you down!!!! 

Got my eye on this little number..... What do you think?

The perfect travel bag?! 27.06.12

As you know we are just about to head off to Queenstown. My husband and I have this trip pretty much down pat, as we do this trip once a year. It's by no means a long flight, so not much hand luggage is required. BUT, this year we have our new little addition to the fam. Oscar. Who as many of you mummy's know babies tend to have more baggage than the adults. So I am downing my Louis Vuitton speedy (the perfect travel bag) for a more "sensible" style. As we are still carrying a baby bag around i am thinking a cross body bag is the way to go?? Here are a few styles that I have my eye on....Which one do like? I would love to know your thoughts.
